DFS, Inc. , a rapidly growing ISO 9001 animal nutrition processor servicing animal agriculture in NW Iowa, is seeking a professional to develop & lead it’s Human Resources function. This is a new position and offers exciting “ground floor” growth opportunities for the right person. DFS currently employs 85 team members and has expansion plans in the near future. Interested professionals will be degreed and should have 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution or agricultural based environment. Candidates must have knowledge of applicable regulations involving EEO, OSHA, FMLA, DOT, DOL, ADA, FLSA, etc.  Strong communication skills, motivation, creativity, team based attitude, leadership and problem solving skills are required.
